Layered this over a silver base and the transparency built up beautifully without turning muddy. Two thin coats gave me that warm candy glow on my taillights, and it leveled out smooth.
The clear orange brushes on thin and levels out nicely on small detail parts. I used it over a silver base for a taillight lens and got a believable amber glow with no brush marks. Dries slow enough to work with, which suits enamel just fine.
