I've used a few metallic markers before and they always came out flat, but this one genuinely shifts through rainbow colors as the light moves across it. The metallic paint goes on smooth without clogging the tip, even on small panel lines.

Tilted the piece under my desk lamp and the red went from deep crimson to almost orange-gold depending on the angle. The metallic pigment lays down smooth with no clumping, though you do need to let each coat dry or it'll smear. Two passes over the beam saber and it looks like actual plated metal.

Steven ★★★★★

The rainbow shift on this thing is wild — tilt a finished kit under a lamp and the red flips through orange and green depending on the angle. Tip lays down metallic pigment smoothly without clogging, though you do need to shake it longer than a standard marker.
